We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cafe Manager to join our vibrant team in Hampton Landing - Edmonton, Alberta location. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of cafe staff. Your expertise in beverage and food preparation and safety, along with your ability to manage and motivate a team, will be essential in creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Education
College - Diploma Certificate is minimum

Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
Evaluate daily operations
Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
Monitor staff performance
Plan and organize daily operations
Recruit staff
Set staff work schedules
Supervise staff

Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Address customers' complaints or concerns
