Job Description:
We are a direct contractor for major telecom providers (Spectrum, Comcast) currently expanding our operations across multiple states. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Cable Technicians.
Whether you are an experienced telecom professional or looking to start a new career, we provide the resources you need to succeed—including paid training, company vehicles, and housing assistance.
?? Compensation & Perks:
Weekly Pay: Entry-level technicians average $1,500 – $1,800/week ($6,000/month). Experienced technicians make $2,000 – $2,500+/week ($8,000/month).
Per Diem: We pay up to $150–$200/day in travel per diem in select locations (e.g., FL, GA, AZ) on top of your regular earnings.
Company Vehicle & Tools: We provide a company truck/van and all necessary tools to get you started. (Note: Experienced applicants in Phoenix, AZ must provide their own tools and reliable transportation).
Housing Provided: We offer FREE accommodation for our New York project (Buffalo/Rochester). For other states, we provide comprehensive housing support (shared rentals to lower your costs).
Paid Training: No experience? We pay you $250 for completing our 5-day training program.

Internet installations (Coax / Fiber).
Troubleshooting services and repairing signal issues.
Equipment setup (modems, routers, ONTs).

NY: Rochester, Buffalo (Free Housing!)
OH: Columbus, Cincinnati
AZ: Phoenix

Must have a valid US Social Security Number (SSN).
Must have a valid US Driver’s License (DL).
Must be able to pass a standard Background Check and Drug Test.
Basic English communication skills.
