• Salary: $ 36.00Hourly

Job Requirements
Languages: English.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, Millwork shop, Commercial
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods
Personal Suitability: Accurate, Efficient interpersonal skills, Organized, Team player, Punctuality
Weight handling Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Area of specialization Cabinets, Doors and door frames, Millwork, Furniture and cabinet remodeling, Kitchen cabinets and vanities

Specific Skills: Operate woodworking machines, such as power saws, jointers, mortisers and shapers, to cut, shape and form parts and components, Prepare specifications of custom-made cabinets that maximize storage, Shape surfaces or edges of wood workpieces, using hand tools, such as planes, chisels, or wood files, Study plans, specifications or drawings of articles to be made, Operate CADD and other computer software systems, Trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form complete unit and reinforce joints, Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain or polish to finished products; prepare and apply laminated plastics, Apply varnish, veneer, stain or polish to finished products, Maintain clean and safe work environment, Repair or restyle wooden furniture, fixtures and related products
