Job Position: Buyer - Wholesale (NOC 62101)

Job Duties:
- Establish and maintain contact with suppliers
- Maintain adequate stock levels
- Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms and transportation arrangements with suppliers
- Oversee distribution of merchandise to outlets
- Provide customer service
- Review requirements of establishment and determine quantity and type of merchandise to purchase
- Select and purchase merchandise for resale
Job Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail/sales industry or as a wholesale buyer required.
- Experience in wholesale trade and distribution sector is an asset
Term: Permanent, Full-Time (30-40 hours per week)
Wage: $28.85-$30.00 / hour
Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% vacation pay
