Buyer/Supply Management Job

Responsibilities:

Lead and support supplier negotiations to ensure client meets cost, quality, and supply continuity goals.

Organize and lead ongoing continuous improvement with suppliers, focusing on performance, relationships, and lowest total cost using Achieving Excellence and other SM tools.

Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams to influence future architecture and module decisions.

Support Engineering Change Management (ECM) for timely and cost-effective product improvements.

Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Management, Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent related work experience.

2+ years of project management experience (planning, resource coordination, and delivering results).

2+ years of internal and/or supplier negotiation and conflict resolution.

Previous experience with product design, quality, cost management, or direct material supply management.

2+ years in a Supply Management role.

Experience with Order Fulfillment and Enterprise Product Delivery processes.
