Butcher Job

- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry and fish.
- Grind meats and slice cooked meats using powered grinders and slicing machines.
- Reduce meat wastage by following proper meat cutting procedures.
- Receiving meat deliveries from suppliers and checking their content and hygiene.
- Prepare special display of meat and poultry.
- Manage inventory and keeping records of sales.
- Ensuring a clean, safe and organized work environment.
- Preparing special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
- Ensuring meat storage conditions are adequate to ensure quality.
- Other duties as assigned.

Wages $36.65 per hour for 40 hours per week.

Completion of secondary school with 1-2 years of similar experience but not mandatory.
