Job Description:
-Prepare meat for processing or cutting by cleaning it;
-Prepare meat by grinding it;
-Make special orders as needed;
-Remove the bones from the meat;
-Pack and wrap prepared meats;
-Ensure carcasses, sides, and quarters have been cut;
-Prepare standard cuts of meat;
-Make special orders as needed;
-Cut cooked meat into slices;
-Weigh meat before selling it.

Job Requirements:
-Completion of High School (preferred);
- 1-2 years of experience in a work-related environment;
-Ability to stand and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods of time;
-Attention to detail and working well with others;
-Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently.
