Stockyard Meat Products is a meat processing company specializing in Caribbean-style cuts and products. We process and distribute oxtail, goat, chicken, and other specialty meats to restaurants, grocery stores, and food service providers.
We are seeking a skilled Butcher to support our operations.
Job Duties:
-Cut, debone, and trim the meat into pieces according to internal requirements.
-Use saws, power-cutting tools and different knives.
-Cleans, weighs, packages and labels meat for sale.
-Maintains a clean, organized and sanitary station according to the food safety department.
-Orders and monitors meat stock.
-Participates in meetings with supervisors or managers as requested.

-Completion of High School (preferred);
-Over one year of experience in a work-related environment;
-Ability to stand and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods;
-Attention to detail and working well with others;
-Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently.
