• Clean and prepare various types of meat, ensuring they are ready for processing according to quality and safety standards. • Handle and cut large portions of meat, such as whole carcasses, sides, and quarters, into smaller, manageable sections suitable for further processing. • Wrap and package processed meats, ensuring they are protected for storage in a frozen environment. • Remove bones from meat products, maintaining quality and ensuring safe handling during and after the deboning process. • Cut poultry into specific portions, such as breasts, wings, and thighs, preparing them for packaging and freezing as needed. • Operate grinding equipment to process meats into ground products, such as fish or pork, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the process. • Ensure all refrigeration units and freezers are set to appropriate temperatures to maintain a safe environment for food storage

• Completion of secondary school is required • One-year related work experience is a must • Hardworking and willing to learn. • Punctual and reliable.
