Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Weekend, Day, Over-time, Evening shift, if required.
Wage Rate: $25.00/hour. 40hrs per week, Overtime will be paid after 40 hours.

Minimum Education Required: High school Certificate is required, Meat cutter trade certificate
Experience: At least 2 years of experience is required

Job Description and Responsibilities:
• Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
• Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
• Grind meats
• Make special sausages
• Meat cutting and deboning in preparation for sausage production and whole muscle further processing
• Operator of equipment including a meat grinder, cutter, injector, tumbler, stuffer and smoke house operations
• Spice blending
• General operating procedures including receiving of products, inventory management, first in first out stock rotation and quality control
• Follow our HACCAP protocols
