Butcher-retail or wholesale Job

LLH Food Service Group is located at 305-5491 Regent St., Burnaby, BC V5C 4H4. We are currently looking for a permanent, full-time Butcher-retail or wholesale. If you are interested, please submit your application by e-mail or mail.

Position: Butcher-retail or wholesale
Wage: CAD $23.69 /hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30~ 40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Cut, trim, bone meats to prepare standard cuts;
• Prepare meat for special displays and orders;
• Wrap and package prepared meats;
• Keep sales records and monitor supply to maintain inventory;
• Ensure meats are clean and stored in safe conditions;
• Follow safety standards and maintain workplace in sanitary conditions;
• Supervise and train meat cutters.

Job requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a college or other butchery training program, or 2-3 years of on-the-job training is required.
• Skills demonstrations may be required
