Job Duties:
• Perform cutting, trimming, boning, and preparation tasks for both customized and standard cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and poultry, either for display at self-service counters or based on specific customer orders.
• Prepare meat sourced from cows, pigs, sheep, and chickens for special presentations or delivery, ensuring consistent adherence to quality and presentation standards.
• Shape, lace, and tie various cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and poultry, as well as participate in the wrapping or packaging of fresh, frozen, or prepared meats.
• Managing inventory by recording sales, determining product lines and quantities, and ensuring compliance with company and customer freshness criteria.
• Abide food safety regulations to ensure the safe and hygienic handling of beef, pork, lamb, and poultry.
• Verify that all food storage conditions, including refrigeration and sanitation practices, meet the required standards for meat sourced from cows, pigs, sheep, and chickens.
Job Requirement:
• Completion of secondary school
