Job Description:
-Cut, debone, and trim beef, pork, turkey, and chicken following internal specifications and quality standards.
-Safely and efficiently operate tools and equipment, including saws, power cutters, and knives.
-Clean, weigh, package, and label meat products accurately, ensuring high presentation standards.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
-Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock for the department.
-Maintain productivity and cooperate with team members to meet production targets.

Job Requirements:
-Secondary school completion preferred.
-Minimum 7 months of experience in meat cutting, butchery, meat processing, related food production, or completion of a butcher training program.
-Basic knowledge of cutting, trimming, deboning, knife handling, and related equipment is a must.
-On-the-job training provided to develop skills and ensure compliance with company, food safety, and safety standards.
-Physically able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) in a refrigerated, fast-paced environment.
-Strong attention to detail, commitment to hygiene standards, and flexible availability, including weekends if needed.
