In this role, you will analyze, design, and implement information systems solutions to align with strategic business objectives, optimize performance, and drive efficiency across organizations.
Key Responsibilities
• Confer with clients to identify and document requirements
• Analyze information systems processes and propose customized solutions to improve performance and efficiency
• Design, develop, integrate, test, and implement information systems business solutions
• Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security, and service delivery
• Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams
• Conduct tests to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and functionality of system changes and enhancements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or completion of a college program in Computer Science
• Certification or specialized training in relevant systems or methodologies (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience in IT consulting or information technology units is an asset
