Business systems manager - Computer and information systems managers Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Manager to plan, organize, direct, and evaluate our business systems operations. This role will oversee the design, implementation, and management of enterprise systems, ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs and support organizational growth.

•Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing.
•Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for business systems development, deployment, and operations.
•Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to define system requirements, specifications, budgets, and timelines.
•Lead and manage teams of analysts, developers, and IT specialists to design, implement, and support enterprise software,and related solutions.
•Manage budgets, forecasts, and expenditures for projects and departmental operations.
•Recruit, mentor, and supervise team members, ensuring continuous professional development and technical training.
•Ensure systems meet compliance, security, and performance standards.
•Oversee vendor relationships, evaluate third-party solutions, and manage service-level agreements.
•Continuously assess emerging technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.
