Business Systems Analyst Job

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the company’s information systems architecture, integrating third-party tools, and identifying automation opportunities across our e-commerce and supply chain workflows. You will work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to evaluate system requirements, build functional specifications, and support ERP, CRM, and reporting infrastructure improvements. This role plays a key part in digital transformation and automation of our end-to-end operations — from order intake and inventory management to shipping and customer service.
· Analyze existing business and IT systems to identify opportunities for automation, integration, and optimization.
· Assess current workflows and recommend system-level improvements to increase operational efficiency.
· Liaise between end users and software vendors or developers to document system requirements.
· Lead or support implementation of ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms; create functional and technical documentation.
· Develop and test system modifications and integrations (e.g., API links between marketplaces and inventory/shipping tools).
· Monitor and maintain performance of existing systems including SkuVault (inventory), ShipStation (shipping), LightSpeed (sales analytics), Helium 10 (e-commerce), and Repricer (cost control).
· Oversee data flow, synchronization, and quality across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, Best Buy, and internal systems.
· Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and technical process maps to support operations and decision-making.
· Train users on new systems or feature rollouts and provide ongoing support for system-related issues.

· Cost Control: Repricer, QuickBooks
· Marketplace & Product Optimization: Helium 10
· Inventory: SkuVault
· Shipping: ShipStation
· Sales Channels: Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Best Buy, Banana (US), Shopify (Biot)
Qualifications:
· 6 months of previous experience.
· Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology Management, or related field.
· Experience analyzing, documenting, and improving enterprise systems and business processes.
· Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL, APIs, system architecture, or process automation tools.
· Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and functional specifications.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience working with ERP, CRM, or integrated e-commerce systems is an asset. New graduates with strong systems analysis or IT background are welcome to apply.
Preferred Assets:
· Understanding of data mapping and integration between platforms.
· Familiarity with warehouse, logistics, and e-commerce systems.
· Bilingualism (French/English) is an advantage.

BENEFITS AND SALARY
· Full-time, permanent position
· $45.13 per hour for 30 hours of work per week
· Overtime pay applies after 44 hours of work per week
