We are seeking experienced business systems analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of business systems analyst experience
Job Duties:
Analyze information systems processes, and propose customized solutions to improve performance and efficiency
Design, develop, integrate, test and implement information systems business solutions
Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security and service delivery
Act as a liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
Conduct tests to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and functionality of system changes and enhancements
Identify current business state and defined a viable solution that could provide the desired future state.
Define change strategy and conduct risk assessment.
Assist with system implementation
Consult with clients to determine and record their requirements.
Job Requirements:
From 3 to 5 years of business systems analyst experience
Strong knowledge of business analysis principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in system development life cycle methodologies
Experience working on IT operations/delivery teams with a broad understanding of business functions.
Familiarity with consulting practices, questioning techniques, and problem management to address or mitigate technical issues effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in a business analysis role, including the ability to break down high-level requirements into actionable insights.
Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Accurate
Organized, Team player
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
