Business Systems Analyst Job

Business Systems Analyst is needed to perform the following duties :

ShipEdge eCommerce Project delivery (Requirements Gathering, GAP Analysis and Blueprint)

• Analyze how SAP (Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing) Sales and Distribution fits into comprehensive, innovative SAP solutions and strategies.
• Participate in Nestle workshops to understand and capture client’s business requirement for ShipEdge solution interfaced to SAP.
• Work closely with business owners, Stakeholders, Customers, and IT staff to understand business requirements, pain, and help to suggest new business design or program change.
• Work with the Business Analysts to prepare functional specification during the project requirements stage.
• Preparation of Functional Specifications and technical design document and submit document for client approval.
• Implement client revisions and comments to the application design.
• Test the system with automated process and understand the business scenario to be tested or automat to make project/deliverable successful using the tool HPQC/SCRUM (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and deployment).

Major/ Minor Enhancements- Roll Outs on Order to case (O2C) Process and ShipEdge Ecommerce.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis Mechanisms. Identify the issue and define optimistic solution
• Critical Technical Production Issues Resolution: Root Cause Analysis, Strong Debugging Techniques, Collaboration with various technical teams, Strong Understanding of business flows and integrated up stream & downstream applications.
• Reviewing, Complexity determination and impact analysis and estimating the build activity.
• Handling SAP Configuration setup which is required for the enhancements.
• Handling API and EDI Integration between ShipEdge Application with Amazon, Shopify, Target and other Ecommerce platforms.
• Work on reviews of Functional Deliverables during the project verification phase and Quality Control phase.
• Lead cutover Activities for the releases.
• Perform Regression testing on the deliverables.
• Follow Agile practice for delivery.

Application production support During Go-live and Hypercare.

• Work on different issues which are raised related to Application ShipEdge during hyper care support and Post Go-Live support.
• Fix Production issues with request management and incident management (HP service manager tool and Service now).
• Review and monitor the job failure in the system if failure take a decision to raise a ticket or can be resolve without ticket.
• Provide technical support during the functional Unit and Integration testing.
• Continuous monitoring of automated task and activities. Proactively resolve the failure in production and making sure business run without interruption.
• Coordinating in Deployment of the enhanced change requests.

Focus Improvements and Problem resolution.
• Quality review of the deliverables ensuring Project/ Business standards.
• Identify the root cause of the issues and providing a permanent solution.
• Work with the client in proposing solutions for the overall stability of the applications..

Bachelor’s degree is required in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering
