Business System Specialist Job

Escape Trailer Industries LP located at 43851 Industrial way, Chilliwack, BC V2R 4L2 is looking for 1 Business System Specialist at head office; full time permanent at $37 hours per week; Robot Process Automation, Usability testing; act as a liason between the business units, technology teams & support teams; conduct tests to ensure the realiability, accurancy, and functionality of system changes and enhancements; Document technical requirements to ensure that products and solutions meet business requirement; provide advice on information system stategy, policy, management and sevice delivery; support day to day operations of our enterprise ERP System; coordinating with IT teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements and configuration; developing and maintaining documentation, including workflows, user guides and training materials; training staff on new systems or changing of existing systems; managing product configuration systems; testing & implementing new systems or anhancements to ensure functionality & useer friendliness; troubleshooting system issues; identifying root causes and prospoing effective solutions; analyzing existing business processes and indetifying opportunities for improvement; participating in projects related to system integrations, data migrations and process automation
