Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
Strong knowledge of SDLC processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process diagrams.
Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Experience with SQL for data analysis.
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Azure DevOps.
Experience with API integrations and system interfaces.
Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, or Government domains is a plus.
CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification is a plus.
