Business Support Specialist – Enterprise Resource Planning Solution (NOC 21230) Job

- Responsible for daily system operation activities and maintenance.
- Work with other teams to integrate ERP, CRM, POS, customer loyalty and budgeting/planning system.
- Prepare workflow documents.
- Assist in managing the change requests and conduct code review as required.
- Technical support for system and software issues.
- Negotiate and work with vendors and clients on resolving system issues.
- Other ad hoc tasks as required by supervisor and business needs.

- Diploma or Degree holder in IT or similar disciplines is required.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in application development.
- Knowledge of POS/Enterprise Solution will be an advantage.
- Solid experience in application development using ASP.NET, C#.NET, MVC programming (ASP.NET) and MSSQL database.
- Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently and work under pressure with tight timelines.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Immediate available is highly preferable.
Salary: $41.50/hour; Hours of work per week: 35
