Business Services Sales Representative (NOC 64101) Job

Job duties:
o Identify and reach out to potential clients, including SMEs, public institutions, and businesses needing communication and IT solutions.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and addressing their evolving needs.
o Conduct consultative meetings to understand client challenges and create tailored solutions, such as phone systems, IT infrastructure, and security services.
o Develop and present customized proposals, cost-benefit analyses, and service agreements aligned with client objectives and budgets.
o Negotiate terms, pricing, and close sales to finalize deals successfully.
o Provide post-sale support, assisting with implementation and ensuring clients derive maximum value from the solutions

Terms of employment: Full-Time permanent position

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales is preferred.

Experience:
o 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on selling business services and managing client portfolios.
o Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
o Experience developing and presenting complex proposals and service agreements.
o Demonstrated success in identifying and developing new business opportunities with SMEs and/or public institutions.
o Experience managing client relationships and providing ongoing support.

Language of work: English

Hours: Monday to Friday- 8 hours a day.

Wage: $34 per hour
