Job Description:
Yes Rider Inc. is looking for a full-time Business Services Officer to join our rapidly growing team to support our business development.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management.
• Develops and standardizes procedures, work standards, and internal controls to improve and continuously monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative operations, programs, and service delivery methods and procedures; assesses and monitors workload and administrative and support systems.
• Liaise with dealers, clients, and internal teams to ensure efficient coordination of daily operations, supporting smooth workflow between various stakeholders.
• Resolve customer complaints, answer customers' questions, and ensure all customers’ concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
• Establish work schedules and assignments for staff and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Manage correspondence and resolve client and dealer issues, addressing complaints, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining a high level of service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in reconciling financial discrepancies, including handling dealer payments, liaising with the accounting department for order adjustments, and supporting the resolution of financial or logistical issues.
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
• Perform other job duties as required or assigned.
Education and Experience
• Completion of college; bachelor’s degree will be an asset.
• Minimum one (1) year of administration, project coordination or related experience
• Ability to learn quickly, perform multiple tasks and organize work in a systematic and efficient fashion.
Language: Fluency in written and verbal English
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $34.50 per hour
Work Hours: 30 hours per week
