Job Description:
• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Document current and revised business processes, including workflows, procedures, and policies.
• Manage the change process associated with implementing new or revised business processes, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of business processes and identify opportunities for further improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments or teams to ensure that business processes align with organizational goals.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions to support and automate business processes in the ERP system.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with business process changes to ensure smooth implementation and minimize disruptions to operations.
• Ensure that business processes adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, soliciting ideas for process enhancements, and staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Manage projects related to business process optimization, from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation.
• Provide training and support to employees involved in executing or managing business processes to ensure understanding and compliance with established procedures.
• Generate reports and conduct analysis to assess the impact of process improvements on business performance and identify further opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints and ensure accurate BOMS and Routers for a correct process flow throughout the plant.
• Gather customer feedback and use it to drive process improvements and product enhancements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors or service providers.
• Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms with vendors to ensure favorable terms for the organization.
• Use of Project Management, Customer Relations Management, Vendor Relations Management, SAP Products, Lean 6 Sigma Greenbelt, CAD Modelling.

Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements
Education: Must possess a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience: 12 months of experience in the position offered or a related position.
Special skills:
Aforementioned 12 months of experience must include the following:
Project Management, Customer Relations Management, Vendor Relations Management, SAP Products, Lean 6 Sigma Greenbelt, CAD Modelling.
