Job Summary:
The Retail Store Supervisor at QR Vape London is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales activities and operational workflows of the physical storefront. This role supervises and schedules retail sales associates, coordinates stock management and physical merchandising, ensures strict local regulatory compliance, and handles customer relations to maintain high service standards on the sales floor.

Main job duties:
Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the daily activities of retail sales associates, and assign duties to ensure proper sales floor coverage.
Train and onboard new team members on store policies, product knowledge (devices, pods, and e-liquids), and POS system operations.
Monitor in-store stock levels, conduct regular physical counts, and prepare replenishment orders for management's approval.
Maintain store visual standards by ensuring product displays, shelves, and promotional signage are clean and organized.
Oversee daily sales transactions, manage opening/closing procedures, and perform daily cash-out reconciliations with the POS system.
Enforce compliance with Health Canada and provincial vaping laws, strictly overseeing mandatory 19+ photo ID checks at time of entry.
Address and resolve daily customer inquiries, product complaints, and refund or warranty requests on the sales floor.
Track sales volumes, monitor product trends, and prepare regular operational and staffing reports for the Store Manager.

Job Requirements
Education: Completion of secondary school (High school diploma) is required.

Work Experience:
1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail environment is an asset.

Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Reliable, customer-focused, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and resolve on-the-floor issues.
Must be fully available to work a flexible schedule, including late evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
Demonstrated track record of excellent punctuality and reliable attendance on the sales floor.
Prior experience in a specialty retail environment, with knowledge of specialty consumer products (such as vaping hardware, pod systems, and e-liquid profiles) and product troubleshooting, is preferred.
Experience operating retail POS systems and conducting basic stock inventory tracking is required.

Specific Requirements:
Must be of legal age (19+) to handle and sell tobacco and vaping products in Ontario.
Knowledge of the Smoke-Free Ontario Act and Health Canada regulations regarding vaping products is highly preferred.

Day, Evening, Weekend Shift
The successful candidate must have open availability and be flexible to work rotating shifts, including late evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays based on operational and store needs.

Salary: $37/h 30-40 hours/week
Business hour: 12:00pm -23:00pm, From Monday to Sunday
