Business Operations Specialist Job

Generate Excel spreadsheets, inventory forecasting and demand reports. Manage Shopify inventory updates with accurate Polish product names, descriptions, inventory counts. Educate and advise customers in English and Polish on Polish products and recommendations for traditional Polish dishes. Manage company documentation meticulously and maintaining effective communication channels with suppliers through phone, email, and fax. Engage in prompt and professional email correspondence with local and international customers and vendors. Proactively source and liaison with potential suppliers to enhance company offerings. Handle bilingual customer service inquiries over the phone and process claims efficiently. Collaborate with all departments to streamline daily operations Maintain filed for multiple companies. Extract, clean, and analyze sales, shipping, and spending reports from diverse systems in order to deliver refined data insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing, logistics teams, and suppliers in order to ensure proper inventory levels.

Bachelor’s or foreign degree equivalent in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Graphic Information Technology, or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered, operations or in data analysis including Experience in data processing, data management, data privacy and forecasting. Must be fluent in Polish.
