Business Operations Manager Job

A Business Operations Manager is needed in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

• Develop and implement long-term business goals and strategies to support and enhance automotive parts manufacturing operations.
• Oversee general business operations, including accounting and management support tasks, for manufacturing and distribution of automotive electrical and wire products including low voltage cable, battery cable, coaxial cable, heat resistance low voltage cable, halogen free wire, weight lightening (AL) cable, and hybrid (HEV) cable).
• Analyze financial statements and business activity reports to ensure optimal allocation of budgets, staffing, equipment, and materials, aligning with organizational objectives and goals.
• Evaluate and approve sales strategies to maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying potential customers to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Organize and lead regulatory meetings with department managers to review the status of ongoing business operations, address challenges, and set action plans for improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments to assess operational efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements that support overall business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new technologies, systems, and workflow improvements, promoting continuous innovation and operational excellence in manufacturing and distribution processes.

Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of experience in business operations or corporate management support field.
