ThinkDirect Consulting is looking for a Business Manager. As a Business Manager you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the organization's operations, strategy, and overall performance. You will ensure the quality of our services and client satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the daily operations. Ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided.
• Develop work schedules
• Recruit and manage staff. Oversee their training and continuously monitor and evaluate team performance.
• Assist with planning and controlling company budgets.
• Implement policies and cost-saving initiatives to identify areas for financial improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify business opportunities and drive revenue.
• Provide expert advice and help our teams deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure that all employees follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions to enhance client satisfaction.
• Suggest and implement changes to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Offer guidance and assistance to staff. Ensure timely resolution of issues to minimize disruptions
