Business Manager Job

1. Lead end-to-end project management across utility and renewable energy sectors, directing operational activities and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and ensure efficient delivery of projects;
2. Manage project planning, risk assessment, contract negotiations, and financial operations, including cash flow and tax control, to support budgeting goals, improve cost efficiency, and maintain overall business performance;
3. Strengthen key client relationships with utilities and renewable developers through targeted CRM strategies;
4. Provide on-the-job training for junior staff, directing administrative activities to drive organizational improvement, optimize project workflows, and increase productivity and risk avoidance across operations;
5. Manage supply chain management, bidding, contract awarding, and negotiation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services while maintaining compliance with company standards, budgetary limits, and operational goals

Applicant must have Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Management, or related. In alternative, applicant must have Bachelor’s degree in any field plus minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
