• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose new systems or organizational changes to enhance caseflow.
• Analyze industry benchmarks and best practices in legal operations.
• Analyze attorney productivity, case manager efficiency, and departmental workflows to identify bottlenecks.
• Analyze marketing ROI, identifying profitability trends by case type or referral source, and supporting revenue projections.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as case volume, settlement values, and cycle times.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify operational inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and support strategic initiatives.
