• Oversee resource allocation, including financial, human, and material assets, to implement organizational policies and programs.
• Lead the establishment and management of key departments and senior staff positions.
• Coordinate operations across regions and divisions to optimize efficiency.
• Define strategic objectives, formulate and approve policies to enhance business performance.
• Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and official engagements.
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff while creating an optimal working environment.
• Implement financial and administrative controls to ensure company stability and growth.
• Develop and oversee marketing and human resources strategies to promote LOOK4TUTOR INC. and attract top talent.

• A university degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of one years of experience as a General Manager is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and manage a diverse team; proficiency in multiple languages is an asset.
• Strong leadership abilities with a deep understanding of the education industry and business development.
