3. Conduct competitive market research on peer CPA firms to benchmark service offerings, pricing strategies, and value propositions, ensuring the firm remains competitive in key service areas such accounting, tax, and business consulting;
4. Develop strategic business development plans based on market analysis, client trends, and competitor insights, aimed at expanding the firm’s client base, increasing revenue, and enhancing market presence
