Business Development Specialist Job

Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities (groups, corporate, leisure, and local
accounts) to meet or exceed revenue targets; Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with
potential clients, stakeholders, planners, and corporate partners; Perform regular research to
understand industry trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify opportunities for market
growth; Develop and present customized proposals and sales presentations; negotiate contracts to
close sales deals; Work with revenue management, marketing, and operations teams to align sales
goals with room inventory, food & beverage opportunities, and overall guest experience.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing required.
Experience: 6 months in the job offered or closely related position required.
