Main duties
• Develop and implement policies, strategies, and programs to promote industrial and commercial investment related to engineering consulting services in Asian markets.
• Design market research questionnaires and conduct social and economic surveys at local, regional, and national levels to assess infrastructure development potential, construction trends, and future industry demands.
• Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends to identify new business opportunities for engineering design, feasibility studies, project management, and technical advisory services.
• Plan and coordinate development initiatives and business expansion projects with representatives of industrial enterprises, commercial organizations, community and business associations, and government agencies.
• Assess potential projects and investment opportunities; develop strategic approaches to attract venture capital, strategic partners, and institutional clients.
• Respond to inquiries from businesses, developers, contractors, and the general public regarding engineering consulting services and development opportunities.
• Review and evaluate commercial and industrial development proposals; provide guidance on regulatory procedures, compliance standards, permitting requirements, and government approval processes.
• Conduct surveys and analyze data on client purchasing behaviors, procurement practices, and service preferences in the engineering and construction sectors.
• Evaluate client service processes and project delivery environments to identify improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Conduct research on consumers, competitors, and market conditions to optimize marketing strategies for engineering consulting services and technical solutions.
• Analyze promotional and marketing campaigns, business development activities, and outreach initiatives to identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.
• Develop social and economic profiles of target regions to support strategic planning and encourage infrastructure, industrial, and commercial investment.
• Prepare detailed reports, feasibility summaries, research papers, and business development proposals for internal management and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement e-commerce and digital marketing strategies, including online service promotion, lead generation platforms, and CRM integration, to enhance market reach and client engagement.
Employment requirements
• A university degree or college diploma in a relevant field of from an accredited university is required
• Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an asset.
• Candidates with business development background will be given a priority.
• At least three years of work experience
• Strong computer skills (MS word/Excel/PowerPoint/ Visio).
