Business Development Officer Job

What You’ll Do

Conduct market research and analyze data on the preferences, needs, and buying habits of residential and commercial property clients to uncover opportunities for growth in Toronto's evolving real estate market.

Strengthen partnerships with city planners, architects, agencies, investors, and other key stakeholders to ensure Unix Housing Group remains at the forefront of high-profile urban projects.

Represent Unix Housing Group at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, acting as a brand ambassador and advocating for our mission of sustainable and innovative living.

Collaborate with internal teams to integrate client insights into our sales, marketing, and project strategies, ensuring every project aligns with market demand and environmental goals.

Drive innovative initiatives by staying ahead of market trends, researching sustainable building practices, and suggesting ways to incorporate cutting-edge technology into our developments.

Manage contracts and agreements to ensure they align with our strategic goals, helping to secure the success of our developments, including our landmark urban and waterfront projects.

Support our strategic vision in the continued expansion of Unix Housing Group’s presence, ensuring our developments reflect the highest standards of design, sustainability, and customer-centric values.

Who You Are?

A driven professional with a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

You bring at least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or real estate, with a passion for high-profile urban and sustainable developments.

A natural communicator who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys building lasting relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Someone who stays ahead of market trends and is adept at analyzing consumer behavior to craft effective strategies.

Passionate about sustainable living and innovative real estate solutions, particularly in urban renewal and transformation projects.
