Conducting thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs. Understanding market trends, consumer behaviors, and the competitive landscape
Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts, ensuring profitability
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals through effective sales strategies
Creating and improving business proposals to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Negotiating terms and closing deals with potential clients and partners.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, project management, and IT, to ensure client needs are met effectively
Providing regular updates to senior management on business development activities, new opportunities, and progress towards goals
Attending industry events, conferences, and meetings to build relationships and promote the company’s products and services
Providing training and mentoring to other members of the business development team to enhance their skills and performance
Salesforce and CRM Tools: Proficiency in tools like Salesforce and other CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales processes
Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data to make informed business decisions
Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business goal
Managing projects efficiently to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
