Business Development Officer
Sukhi Bath Motors is a family-owned and operated premier retailer of pre-owned vehicles. Our dedicated sales staff and top-trained technicians are here to make your auto shopping experience fun, easy, and financially advantageous. We specialize in newer-year vehicles and take pride in ensuring that each car, truck, SUV, van, and commercial vehicle undergoes a thorough safety inspection and preventative maintenance.
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours to meet our business hours.
The Business Development Officer will have the following responsibilities:
• Formulate and implement strategic policies to guide business operations.
• Execute administrative functions to optimize efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct comprehensive surveys and perform data analysis to assess retail consumer purchasing behaviours and preferences by reaching out to current and potential clients.
• Perform comparative research on marketing strategies employed by competitors.
• Assess the customer service provided to ensure a pleasant and welcoming environment.
• Ensure that all necessary business and commercial licenses are obtained and maintained.
• Working closely with management, develop a business plan that aligns with organizational goals.
• Create a system for post-sale consultations with clients to ensure ongoing support and to obtain feedback from their experiences.
Skills and qualifications:
• Completion of a bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field is required.
• Good command of English, both written and oral
• Familiarity with a car dealer management system would be considered an asset.
Compensation: $45.00/hour – 30 hrs per week
Hours of work: Flexible, includes weekends and evenings.
