Business Development Manager Job

• Seeks out new market insights and business opportunities through research and analysis
• Spearhead core business development activities through communicating with clients and competitors to better understand business trends
• Supports C-management efforts in the areas of: systematic market analysis and industry awareness in support of business growth strategies; pipeline administration and analysis; and identification of forecasting of release and response timelines
• Draft, coordinate, review and ensure timely delivery of new business and client fixed income inquiries and requests
• Work closely with compliance team to ensure external materials are reviewed periodically and facilitate edits where necessary. Continuously update new business procedures to stay aligned with fixed income industry specific regulations
• Assist the marketing team in the logistics of events and conferences, including but not limited to attending events, coordinating exhibit logistics, and arranging event registrations
• Utilize fixed income product knowledge including on US inflation products to develop and enhance product analytics

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or closely related field of study.
- One year experience in Fixed Income analytic models for the US inflation market for bonds and derivatives; one year experience in hedging and managing interest risk for fixed income products.
- Knowledge of US inflation bonds and derivatives, fixed income markets, Bloomberg terminal and pricing fixed income products.
- Skills in using MS Excel to construct analytic and pricing models.
