Business Development Manager Job

Responsibilities
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction in China market
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs in China
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Attend trade shows represent the company and promote the company’s product
• Develop entry level staff into valuable sales team

Requirements and skills
• Proven minimum 4 years of working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an asset
• In depth Market knowledge and insight about China is an asset
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• Bachelor degree

Full time permanent position, 35/hours a week.
Salary: $90,000/year
