Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities :
-Identify and connect with potential clients and present tailored IT solutions
-Manage customer interactions through CRM systems
-Build and maintain strong business relationships
-Engage and close deals with international clients (especially US markets)
-Develop lead generation strategies using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms
-Prepare online proposals and manage the full sales cycle
-Present technical solutions confidently
-Stay updated with modern Web & Mobile technologies

Desired Skills & Experience :
-Prior experience in IT Sales (Web/Mobile app development preferred)
-Strong verbal & written communication skills
-Experience with international clients and account management
-Expertise in requirement gathering, proposal writing & negotiation
-Ability to work independently and within a team
-Experience with online bidding platforms is a plus
