Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across industries.
• Leverage technology platforms and tools to source and engage prospective clients.
• Support M&A-related outreach and strategic growth initiatives.
• Cultivate and maintain a network of decision-makers, investors, and referral sources.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership on custom business development strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Senior-level business experience (C-suite or equivalent)
• Familiarity with mergers & acquisitions and/or private equity environments
• Broad industry exposure with proven ability to identify value opportunities
• Proficient with CRM and business intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
• Comfortable working independently in a flexible, results-driven contractor role
• Strong professional network and communication skills
