Title: Business Development Coordinator
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: $45.00 per hour
Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Benefits: group insurance
Location: 950-1200 West 73rd Avenue, Vancouver, BC, V6P 6G5
Language: English. Second language would be an asset but is not required

We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our team in our office in Vancouver. The duties of the successful applicant will be:
- Conduct analytical marketing studies
- Design market research questionnaires
- Create and coordinate the design and production of various marketing materials, including social media posts, advertisements and pitches/proposals
- Organize and facilitate internal BD-related meetings
- Coordinate business development activities for teams of professionals, with a focus on researching and compiling information to help ensure success at the front-end and follow-up of business development leads at the back-end
- Support annual growth strategy development and progress tracking
- Prepare quarterly reports on business development activities
- Other duties as assigned
During the course of your work, you will inevitably handle information of a confidential nature that is related to our clients, advisors, and the company. You must abide by Uniwealth’s Privacy Policy and maintain the confidentiality of such information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with a focus on business development and/or marketing preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong client service skills required to build/maintain relationships with clients
- Detail oriented, professional and analytical, positive attitude and genuine commitment to client service
- High ethical standards
