Business Development and Operations Coordinator Job

Support Canadian business setup and operational coordination;
Assist with communication with potential partners, clients, suppliers, and service providers;
Conduct preliminary market, competitor, and industry research;
Prepare internal reports, meeting notes, and business development records;
Coordinate follow-ups related to partnerships, pilot opportunities, and market-entry activities;
Maintain organized records of business development progress;
Support general administrative and organizational tasks required during the early growth stage.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, economics, or a related field;
Previous experience in business coordination, operations, administration, or business development;
Strong organizational and communication skills;
Ability to conduct basic market research and prepare simple reports;
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks;
Familiarity with Canadian business practices would be considered an asset;
Ability to work independently in an early-stage start-up environment.
