Job Description:
• Conduct quantitative market research across the US, Canada, Brazil, and the APAC region, analyzing trading data from exchanges like NYSE, Nasdaq, and JPX to inform expansion strategies.
• Build and organize datasets for analysis (A/B tests, linear regression), using them to assess market volatility and support decision-making.
• Engage with data vendors such as Refinitiv, PICO, and LSEG, managing vendor relationships and conducting due diligence through custom-designed questionnaires.
• Assist the compliance team with legal research related to SEC regulations, contributing to Scientech’s SEC registration process.
• Work with consultancy firms to structure and maintain the firm’s compliance documentation and database.
• Enhance skills in Natural Language Processing (NLP) with Python to support the firm’s compliance database and documentation.

Job Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Science or related field; Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including conducting interviews, semi-structured interviews, surveys, and field observations; Strong skills in data processing and analysis with R.
