IOM Grain LLC is a fast-growing company specializing in high-quality, food-grade soybean supply chains. Based in Portland, Indiana, we are building a strong and sustainable network of farmers across the Midwest.

Summary

We are hiring a Business Developer to support growth in soybean and animal feed markets. The role involves direct interaction with producers and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Active prospecting and client acquisition
- Build long-term partnerships with farmers and cooperatives
- Promote soybean-based products and feed solutions
- Monitor and report market activity

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in agriculture
- Strong local network within farming communities
- Knowledge of soybean markets is preferred
- Additional languages (Asian languages are a plus)
