Business Coordinator Job

[Position Summary]
The Business Coordinator supports business development initiatives by identifying potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in project coordination. This role involves frequent participation in industry events, client visits, and cross-functional communication with internal teams.

[Responsibilities]
* Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to identify and develop potential business opportunities
* Engage with prospective clients and maintain ongoing communication to track and manage client status
* Conduct client visits to build relationships and explore potential collaboration or project opportunities
* Assist in business discussions and preliminary project scoping with clients
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups
* Support project coordination activities, including scheduling, resource alignment, and progress tracking
* Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure clear and effective communication
* Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
* Assist in resolving project-related issues and ensuring timely follow-ups
* Provide administrative and operational support as needed
[Qualifications]
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
