Job Description:
[1] Develop and maintain business continuity plans
Create, update, and manage company-wide plans to ensure operations continue during disruptions such as supplier delays, natural disasters, or system failures;
[2] Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses
Identify potential threats to the supply chain, logistics, and internal operations, and evaluate how disruptions could affect product delivery and business functions;
[3] Coordinate emergency response procedures
Design and implement protocols for responding to crises, including communication plans, resource allocation, and recovery timelines;
[4] Collaborate with departments and suppliers
Work closely with procurement, logistics, IT, and vendor partners to ensure all parties are aligned on continuity procedures and backup strategies;
[5] Test and train for business continuity
Run regular drills, simulations, and training sessions to ensure employees understand their roles during emergencies and plans function as intended; and
[6] Monitor industry risks and update strategies
Stay informed about global and domestic risks (e.g., supply shortages, transportation strikes, health threats) and adjust plans proactively to reduce business vulnerability.

Job Requirements:
Must have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
