Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Consultant to support international clients entering the Canadian market. This role involves strategic analysis, market research, operational planning, and client advisory services to ensure successful and compliant business establishment and growth in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with overseas clients seeking to enter and expand in the Canadian market, particularly clients originating from China
• Analyze business opportunities and provide strategic advice on market entry, growth, and establishment structures in Canada
• Conduct research on relevant industries, market conditions, and key players to support informed business decisions
• Develop market entry strategies tailored to client goals and regional requirements
• Identify potential technological, commercial, and legal challenges and propose practical solutions
• Plan and support the re-organization of business operations to align with Canadian standards and practices
• Oversee the development and execution of communication strategies related to business growth and stakeholder engagement
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective implementation of consulting projects
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in business consulting, strategy, market entry, or related roles
• Strong understanding of cross-border business and international market entry
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple consulting projects
