Business Brokerage Sales Associate Job

The Business Brokerage Sales Associate will be responsible for reaching out to business
owners who have already been identified as potential sellers. You do not have to
generate leads—your primary role will be contacting business owners, introducing
our services, and updating our CRM so our senior advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct outbound outreach to a curated list of business owners to identify those
interested in selling their business now or in the future
✅ Introduce and educate business owners on the value of working with Apex
Associates Business Brokerage and how our expertise facilitates successful
transactions
✅ Engage and qualify potential sellers by addressing initial questions and gauging
their level of interest
✅ Maintain and manage accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system to
ensure seamless tracking and follow-up
✅ Nurture relationships with interested business owners through strategic follow-ups
to keep them engaged in the process
✅ Collaborate with leadership to ensure a smooth transition from initial outreach to
formal engagement with our advisory team. Qualifications:
✔ Strong communication skills – confident, professional, and persuasive
✔ Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business owners
✔ Ability to build trust and rapport quickly over the phone
✔ Detail-oriented and well-organized, able to track multiple conversations
✔ Persistent and self-motivated, able to work independently
✔ Experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred
✔ Familiarity with business brokerage, real estate, or financial services is a plus
