Business Analyst Job

Job Summary:
Seeking a Business Analyst with Agile and end-user support experience to work on eCourts projects. The BA will gather requirements for a web-based application automating a current paper-driven process, working in fast-paced, high-visibility projects. Must be organized, able to multi-task, take initiative, and be customer-friendly. Experience with PEGA preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements
• Create user interface/user experience mockups, workflows, and use cases
• Develop user stories, user documentation, and training materials
• Write test scripts and test plans; conduct testing
• Gather and interpret information via interviews, observation, surveys, meetings, and documentation review
• Create user training manuals and conduct user training/demos
• Analyze complex business processes and workflows, proposing areas for improvement
• Provide end-user/customer service support throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills & Certifications:
• 5+ years developing systems via structured SDLC methodology, including Agile
• 5+ years’ experience writing documentation (BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, etc.)
• 5+ years ability to gather/interpret information via interviews, observation, surveys, meetings, manuals/documentation
• 5+ years writing test plans, test scripts, and conducting testing
• 5+ years ability to analyze complex business processes/workflows and propose improvements
• 4-year college degree or equivalent study required

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
• 5+ years’ experience developing UI/UX mockups and workflows using Visio and other design tools (Adobe XD preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience creating user training manuals and conducting training/demos
• 4+ years customer service/end-user support/helpdesk support experience
• Experience with PEGA
